Can I return and/or exchange my Highway handbag?
Yes, we offer a full refund and/or exchange policy for purchases returned to the store within 30 days. Returned bags must be accompanied by the original receipt, be unused and in new condition.
*Please note that bags purchased over the phone and sent to customers will be given a refund only for the cost of the bag and not for the shipping and handling fees.
If I am unable to visit the Highway store, can I order a bag and have it sent?
Yes, we will happily accommodate phone orders and send bags from our store in New York. Information about bag style numbers, colors, and pricing can be obtained from our website: highwaybuzz.com. Please call the Highway store at (212) 966-4388 to place your order. Shipments are sent using UPS Ground Shipping services and are received by the customer within 3-5 business days. A shipping and handling fee of $14 will be incurred in place of sales tax.
My Highway handbag is in need of repair. Can Highway fix it for me?
Highway handbags have been designed using very high quality and durable materials, therefore defects are rare. However, if your Highway bag is in need of repair due to flaws in manufacturing, please return it to the Highway store within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
For Highway bags needing repair due to damages resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse, please contact the Highway store. Highway will assess damages and determine whether or not repairs can be made. In most instances, bags are sent back to the manufacturer to be fixed. The fee charged and the length of time needed for repair varies.
Can I purchase a gift certificate from Highway?
Yes, Highway offers gift certificates in any amount which expire a year after the date of original receipt.
